This house also on 13th St. always impresses me. It also has a terrific garden every summer. Is it possible only one family lives in this house? Pretty beautiful, no?

While I can't say for certain, I am pretty sure that only one family lives there. I live around the corner and walk by most mornings.

Hey PoP, is that at 13th and Harvard? Isn't it a Howard fraternity house?
I think it is a bit south of Harvard.
13th and just south of Euclid. It is most certainly not a frat house.
