This house is ridiculous it has such a great garden. This picture obviously does not do it justice. The garden goes all the way down the side of the house around to the backyard. As a reader suggested, this is one of the greatest gardens in the neighborhood. They obviously spend a lot of time on it and we all get to enjoy it.

There is a corner house for sale one block north and one block east (3rd and Webster) that could have an equally magnificent yard. Price has been a-falling lately, but I thinks she's still a little too high ($490's).

Yes, the garden at 4th and Varnum gives me joy every time I pass by! My corner house for sale at 3rd and Webster may have the largest yard in Petworth. The house is gorgeous inside and the landscaping lovely. The new buyers can add to the beauty by simply adding some flowers of their choice. I have the best neighbors, and will miss them dearly!
How did we move from the gorgeous house on 4 & Varnum to the small house which can't compare to 4th Street find another selling tool.
