what is that big yellow house/business on the corner of new hampshire and i think otis? it has asian writing on the outside as well as "nation"....does anyone know what im talking about...south of the petworth metro, by the police station there.
I know what you are talking about. I think it is a type of school/cultural center but I'm not 100% sure.
